The décor, the cleanliness and the strategic location are great; nothing to complain about.

The city‑centre location is good, Monika replied quickly to our complaints, and the bed was comfortable, but the air conditioning failed on two of the four nights, the private bathroom was outside the room, and the walls weren’t well insulated.

The location is fantastic! The building is brand new and well kept, it offers many small services that make the stay even nicer, and the hosts are super kind and helpful.

The room was very clean, our host Monica was also very helpful and super nice, the bathroom was clean too, and the place sits in the heart of Calgiari where everything you need is nearby, with bus stations that take you to your beach trips and more, plus plenty of restaurants and shopping spots.
