The staff are super friendly and attentive! The room is well lit, comfortable, and feels very homely. We are a couple with a 2‑month‑old baby and they treated us and our little one with great care. We will definitely return!

✨ Uma estadia maravilhosa no Charme Lusitano ✨ Ficamos hospedados pela 1°vez no Charme Lusitano 8 dias de 3 a 10 de Agosto de 2026. Eu o meu marido a nossa filha e o nosso Pet. Adorámos estes dias de descanso e principalmente, a forma como fomos recebidos. ❤️ Um agradecimento muito especial à Carla, pela forma tão carinhosa e acolhedora como nos recebeu, sempre tão atenta, disponível e cuidadosa, mantendo-nos sempre informados sobre tudo o que ia acontecer durante a nossa estadia. E não poderia deixar de destacar o facto de podermos ter levado o nosso cão 🐶❤️. Foi maravilhoso poder desfrutar do espaço com ele, sem privações ou limitações, sentindo que também ele era bem-vindo. Foram dias de tranquilidade, conforto e muito carinho. Um espaço onde nos sentimos verdadeiramente em casa. 🌿✨ Sem dúvida, uma experiência para repetir e recomendar! ❤️. De não ter sido possível ficar mais uns dias .pois o trabalho chama

The outdoor area is very pleasant, perfect for enjoying the summer mornings and evenings. The pool is great, and the surrounding space is excellent for resting and for various activities for families with children. The fact that the apartments have blinds is a big plus for those sensitive to light. Still, some things could be improved. The kitchenette could have more utensils; we only had two pots and a small frying pan. Some dishes were completely greasy and we had to wash them before using. The mop had no handle. The "room" for the children with two single beds is very impractical… It becomes too hot, impossible to spend a night there, and the only air conditioner in the double room is not enough to cool, so we had to move one of the single beds into the room so the child could sleep cooler.
