The facilities need improvement—no breakfast and service was terrible. There was no proper service, the staff were unhelpful, garbage was everywhere, and dogs roamed around with all the litter.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made a big difference in my stay. However, I was disappointed to find that the showers were broken and the washrooms were dirty, which detracted from my overall experience.
