The Jaz Pyramids Resort was amazing. The location is top, right next to the GEM and the Giza Pyramids. The breakfast and dinner were delicious and varied. The staff were very friendly and helpful. My husband and I went to the Starlight festival and we could get reliable transport from the Jaz, even at night. The driver was very friendly and punctual. The pool and spa were a solid 10!

Breakfast buffet was plentiful and tasty, everything was clean and the pool area was well maintained; the staff were helpful and friendly. However, it was noisy, the air‑conditioning was a bit loud, and there was a strange smell when you returned to the room after a while—though it faded quickly.

Everything was excellent. One man at breakfast was rude three times, which negatively affected the otherwise amazing staff and made me uncomfortable seeing the same bad attitude again.
