The hotel is very nice, large, clean, with nice rooms and modern bathrooms at a reasonable price. The coffee shop is opposite the reception. It is a bit far from everything, so you’ll likely need taxis, but that’s fine.

The receptionist was very patient and kind and arranged a taxi for the next morning. A wonderful person. The room was clean and well equipped. The reception area was fine, but everything else was not. The elevators were dirty like the corridors. The breakfast was adequate.

The rooms are clean and comfortable. If you’re using AMAP, the hotel’s name is Meihaolizhi. The breakfast was okay, but it didn’t suit our taste.

Big, clean, and comfortable rooms, and the staff were genuinely helpful—one even accompanied a friend to the spa, picked her up, and walked her back to the hotel! We also met many kind and helpful people around Changsha. The breakfast, however, is geared toward local tastes and offers no western options.
