I thought it was a decent deal for the price, but then I discovered I had bed bugs! I tried to get a refund, but they said I had already slept one of the two nights I booked, so the hours I slept were enough to deny me a refund.

The location was great because you could walk to many spots, and the front‑desk lady was excellent—she was attentive even when we didn’t need directions, and she helped a lot with early check‑in and later luggage handling. What bothered me was that the room could have been cleaner, and on the Friday night we stayed, a bar‑like noise in the area made it hard for light sleepers.

It’s about three blocks from Bellas Artes, a 7‑star spot, and three houses are super convenient for the location. I also had a medical procedure and they helped me store some patches I needed for pain.
