The room had a clean, modern feel with a great bed and a spacious bathroom. It’s within walking distance of the historic city center yet set in a slightly quieter neighborhood. Even though we had told them our arrival time, we didn’t receive any check‑in details when we got there, but they sorted it out quickly after we messaged them. Like many places in Italy, the doors are thin and you can hear neighbors coming and going.

The staff were extremely kind, and Lorenzo kindly granted us an early check‑in, let us leave our luggage even after check‑out time, and handled the check‑in in person. The building is a beautiful palace, impeccably clean, fragrant, well‑maintained, and the linens are flawless. The mattress and pillows are super comfortable. In the room we found everything needed for a perfect stay: welcome kit, slippers, hair dryer, kettle, and water in the mini fridge. The air conditioning works great. The location is convenient and strategic, the area is quiet, and there’s a parking agreement nearby. The experience was more than positive!

“Nice , The host is very accommodating and attentive.”

The location, cleanliness, and attentive staff were all great, and we could leave our belongings after check‑in or check‑out. The hallway noise and light seeped into the room, and we could hear the shower in the next room. The air conditioner emitted an odor when turned on. It would be nice to have a coffee machine—and a few capsules—included in the room price.

“Comfortable stay in a strategic location”

The location was good and very central for us to get around. The beds were comfortable, and the bathroom and other facilities were nice.
