The room was spacious and reasonably clean, and the cafeteria had a great ambience. However, a hotel representative came to our room at 10:30 PM to ask us to settle the food bill. We hadn’t paid earlier because it’s common practice to clear all outstanding bills at check‑out. If advance payment was required, the staff should have informed us right after the meal or at the time of ordering, not by disturbing us late at night; this felt quite unprofessional. Additionally, the food quality did not meet our expectations.
