There is not a single thing I liked about this hotel—absolute waste of money, the location was trash with nothing good around, the room AC wasn’t working, the water was so hot I literally had to bring bottles to wash my face, the staff were bad, nothing good in here; don’t ever come, trust me.

They cancelled my confirmed booking before I even reached the hotel. I had already stated that my check‑in time was between 12 pm and 1 pm, yet when I arrived around 12:45 pm they told me the room was not available. I called repeatedly and received no help. The staff’s lack of accountability is extremely disappointing for a guest who arrived early in the morning and was told the room was gone.

The staff were friendly and helpful, which was a plus. The only downside was that the room had no window.

The room size was adequate and the location was decent. However, the room’s amenities were poorly arranged, the bed linens were low quality, the finish was unfinished, there was no tea kit as advertised, and the lift was malfunctioning.
