City views are offered from the Standard Double or Twin Room, which accommodates up to three guests with an extra bed available. The private bathroom includes a shower, free toiletries, towels and toilet paper. Inside, the room features air conditioning, a fan, a flat‑screen TV with cable channels, free Wi‑Fi, a telephone, a desk with seating, a tea/coffee maker, an electric kettle and a socket beside the bed.

Breakfast hours were inconvenient; they said the buffet would start after 8.30 am, which isn’t family‑friendly. We booked a king‑size bed but were given a queen‑size instead, even after we were informed beforehand. There are no restaurant facilities, which is a drawback, and they still put a queen‑size bed in place of the king‑size we requested.

Clean and comfortable vibe. Pretty much everything else was fine.
The room was not clean at all and the bed was dirty. Housekeeping was very poor and we had to repeatedly ask the staff for cleaning. Even basic things like the dustbin were not provided on time despite multiple requests. Overall, the staff behavior and cleanliness were very disappointing. Room and bed cleanliness were very poor. We had to repeatedly ask the staff for housekeeping and even for basic things like a dustbin. Overall staff support was disappointing
