I liked that it was close to my event and stores, but the room, bathroom, and sheets were not clean, the shower only had hot water and didn’t work well, and the extra bed was broken.

The staff were super polite and helpful, answering every request and clearing up any questions, though the accommodations were only average. A piece of furniture had a lot of dust and was dirty on top, the mixer shower was hard to set to the right temperature, and the room was noisy from the one above, making sleep impossible.

The location was great, the room was very nice, and the service was very courteous. The only downside was the price of the breakfast.

The cleaning was good, but there was ongoing renovation happening on the premises.

The card security for elevator use was solid. Everything else fell far below my expectations: the toilet lid had a small crack, the sink and toilet were somewhat clogged, the shower water didn’t mix—either boiling or freezing—and I bought a room with breakfast included, yet at first they said it wasn’t included. It was very expensive for what it offered.
