The location was an absolute dream – quiet, idyllic, and perfect for slowing down, yet close to beautiful cities like Modena and Bologna. The host was fantastic, incredibly warm and a born host, and the on‑site restaurant offered excellent cuisine. We felt completely comfortable and were able to relax fully. The only issue was a few bathroom quirks: the toilet felt a bit loose, the shower was very narrow and the curtain could easily hit you while showering, and there was sometimes a slight odor from the drain – a regional oddity we’d noticed in some restaurants on the way. Despite these minor points, the overall impression was overwhelmingly positive.

The place was fantastic, quiet and peaceful, surrounded by nature and thoughtfully furnished. The owner Matteo was very attentive and caring, and all the staff were very kind. Highly recommended! PS. The dinner at the bistro was also well liked. We liked everything, maybe only the breakfast had limited choices, but it was still good quality.

The entire accommodation, staff, the B&B we stayed at, the peace, nature, and the house cat were all great – we’ll definitely come back. The breakfast and dinner are separate but we also used them. Honestly, there was nothing that could irritate us this time, we left completely relaxed.

“Perfetto per qualche giorno di relax”

The apartment was well‑furnished. The kitchen had all the necessary utensils and a small basic set (oil, salt, sugar, coffee). The beds were comfortable and the place was very clean. The bathroom was small with poor lighting, and the bedroom mosquito net was broken.
