The hotel has a beautiful design and looks brand‑new, yet it actually opened over ten years ago; the cleaning is meticulous and everything appears new. The staff are wonderful, courteous, and helpful. Breakfast is excellent and the location is superb. The town of San Cassiano is picturesque and lovely. Dinner at the recommended restaurant Mumont is a few minutes' walk away. Everything is perfect.

The hotel is lovely and the staff are wonderful! The room was very comfortable and quiet. Parking is free, breakfast is really nice, and the staff couldn’t be nicer or more helpful.

This is my second visit to the resort and I wouldn’t change a thing; it will remain my go‑to spot in the Dolomites. Breakfast is exquisite, everything is fresh and organic—I've never tasted better eggs or yogurt. The staff are amazing, the location is perfect, the rooms and attention to detail are outstanding, and the homemade granola bars are out of this world. Nothing is perfect all the way.
