“Génial”
Service, teamwork of staff. The stay setting, calm and cleanliness.
“super angenehm”
The view of the sea was super beautiful and large.
The room had an unbearable smell, flies, and the staff started the checkout at 9:30 am, preventing any quiet rest; after two days I decided to switch hotels.
“Catastrophique”
Nothing. Customer reception. You offer a downgraded room. No trial in the room. Very dirty terrace, very dirty shower. I won’t go back and I recommend it does not deserve the 5 so‑called stars.
“Heerlijk genoten”
The staff, especially Rachid, were top‑class.
