The view was amazing. The staff were super kind and friendly. Breakfast was plentiful and good. However, there were ants in the bathroom, no bathtub stopper was provided, the bathrooms were generally old and broken, and the rooms were very noisy.

The daily bus transfer to the city center worked great, and the view from the room balcony over Lake Garda was fantastic. A last‑minute room upgrade was handled by very friendly staff, and the hotel’s free underground parking was convenient. However, the cheese selection at breakfast was limited to just one option, and the photos of the rooms don’t reflect the renovations that are needed.

The hotel’s location and views are a 10. We were surprised by the number of pools and the friendly service. The rooms need a refresh or renovation.

The view was marvelous from the room, the pool, the restaurant, and the balcony. The breakfast was excellent, and there was a half‑board option.
