The location is 5 minutes walk to the temple. 1. Not provided the basic essentials like packaged water, toiletries, dental kits etc. 2. Bed linens & Towels were dirty & smelly 3. Accepts only Cash, thus paid cash but changes not returned 4. Bill not provided after repeated reminders

The room was spotless and the staff, especially the room service team, were incredibly helpful. I love staying here because it’s close to the temple, and the food is the best I’ve had in Shirdi.
