The hotel management was very generous in addressing the inconveniences (air‑conditioning failure, only intermittent light in the room) and did not charge for the stay. The electrical issue in the room could not be fixed and moving to another room wasn’t possible, so we spent the night in high temperatures without air‑conditioning and had to wait a long time for light
