The location is good; the restaurant service was terrible—after sitting at the table for more than 10 minutes and waving to get a waitress’s attention, we were told we could only order drinks first, and only after the drinks were brought could we order food. It took another 15 minutes before a beer was finally served, then the waitress accepted our food order. Absolutely customer unfriendly!

I found the hotel right in the heart of Ratisbona’s historic centre and it even has parking. The rooms are modern and very spacious, though they’re pricey but worth it. Nothing else to mention.
