The place is spotless, the meals are fantastic, the pools are clean, and the staff are very polite—worth it. I stayed for seven days and already booked for next year; highly recommend for the value. The room is great, tidy, organized, and the cleaning lady comes daily to keep it perfect; the corridor and common areas are immaculate. What disappointed me was that the window in my room looked out onto the pool, but vegetation completely blocked both the balcony and kitchen windows. I was a bit upset because the hotel was almost empty when I arrived on a Wednesday, and the front desk told me the view could only be changed if availability allowed, even though the hotel was empty at that time.

“Lugar muito bonito, e com piscinas quentes.”

I spent three days with my family—three adults and two kids—and we loved it. The apartment was comfortable, had a double bed, a single bed, and a sofa bed in the living room, plus TVs in both rooms, a fully equipped kitchen with utensils and appliances. The air‑conditioning in the living room and bedroom worked fine, the electric shower had strong water flow and functioned perfectly. Bedding and towels were provided, and cleaning was daily. There were six pools as advertised, three hot tubs, two jacuzzis, a sauna, a game room, and a play area. The restaurant served three meals a day, and the common area bathrooms were clean. The restaurant lounge urgently needs more air‑conditioning; it gets very hot inside, causing discomfort and flies appear.
