There were no blinds on the windows, and the street light outside, just 3 m away, was so bright it kept us from sleeping. We asked for a room change, but the owner lied and said there were no vacancies. On the last day we had no hot water for the shower, and despite our complaints we received no response. We had to shower in cold water. The temperature in the mornings during our stay ranged from 5 to 10 °C. All communication, including check‑in, was done over a mobile phone, which was problematic.
