The pool was nice and the breakfast was good. The place feels dated, Wi‑Fi is bad, there are no plugs by the bed to charge phones, fixtures in the room are broken, and you’re not allowed to set the air‑con below 24 °C!

The location was good. I didn’t eat breakfast. The shower entrance has a large step in, and the door is very, very narrow.

Everything was flawless except a noise outside the door that started at 130am and kept getting louder for 10 minutes, then stopped, only to begin again every 30 minutes.

We cancelled our stay after arriving in a taxi, only to be told the hotel was overbooked. In reality, Jetstar had booked all the rooms when our flight was cancelled. We never stayed there.

The hotel’s location, the room and its cleanliness, plus the staff’s willingness to help, were all excellent – they even let us keep the room for an extra two to three hours after checkout, which was very handy. The breakfast could be better; I expected a continental buffet but found only a few items with the rest needing to be ordered, though I still recommend this place.
