All the young staff was very helpful, the morning cappuccinos made by them were delicious, and everyone at the reception was very accommodating. As a European living in the USA, I always look forward to returning to Italy for that wonderful morning cappuccino; highly recommend continuing to prepare coffee with a manual machine instead of the automatic one in the restaurant.

There was no air‑conditioning in the hotel; that’s not normal for a 4‑star level.
