The room was fine, no issues with the air conditioning or heating, and they never offered a fix. The breakfast was awful; they served Continental style with a cheap, poorly made yogurt soup, and I think that day the receptionist tried to cook.

The location was great, very quiet and close to everything I needed. The breakfast was a mess: they advertised it for 20000 per person but only revealed the price the next day when they asked if you wanted eggs, which cost extra—an unpleasant surprise that made me uncomfortable. Paying 20000 for a glass of juice, a slice of fruit, a sandwich, and half a normal square sandwich felt tasteless, especially since the presentation was lacking. I would have preferred a free‑choice menu. The lights were dim, no towels were left the next day, so I had to go down and ask—no response until about 9 am the following day. I also suggest adding pillow protectors and changing the sheets; my pillow smelled bad, but I didn’t want to ruin the moment.

The hotel sits in a convenient spot for the places I needed to visit, and the staff were friendly. However, when I entered my room the bathroom looked poorly maintained; several items were broken or not working. The window didn’t seal properly, so cold air blew in at night. A light fixture was damaged, the bathroom constantly leaked, and water gushed out from the bottom of the sink when I used it. The room phone was dead, forcing me to go down to reception to get a WhatsApp number and contact them. Overall, the room needs a thorough inspection and upkeep before guests arrive.
