Everything was great, though a 2 pm check‑in would have been better. The staff were respectful, but the restaurant stayed closed for lunch and dinner, forcing us to rely on room service. The food quality was good, yet charging for repeat service and adding a tip felt unprofessional. We brought a pet and paid for it, but there was no pet park or play area. Overall, it was a good experience, and the hotel should consider providing slippers.

The staff were nice and the room stayed clean, but the phone didn’t work. We booked a double room and only had one coffee cup with a single packet; the coffee pot was placed in a spot with no outlet. There was no handicap parking, and several cars without proper tags were parked in handicap spots. No bellman came to help with our bags, and there was no valet service.

We were happy to have restaurants and shopping just across the freeway. As older guests who don’t eat much these days, a buffet wasn’t an option at the price point, so we found alternatives.
