The spot is very central and the price is very reasonable, but the entrance feels a bit grimy and not very reassuring at night; the whole place looks very old and worn, there's an unpleasant odor in the building, and the front desk staff didn't speak a word of French to me.

The room was very basic, in a quiet area but easy to reach everything; there was almost no space for belongings in the bathroom—adding a few hooks would help—and the room also lacks a mirror.

The room is spacious with a shower, yet the reception claims to be 24/7 but nobody was there when we arrived or left, even though supposedly available on request; the room and common areas smell dusty, the hotel entrance reeks of urine, spider webs near the keypad, no signage to indicate the hotel, the bathroom tap is worn, and the soundproofing is terrible—had to crank up the ventilation all night to block street noise.

Hello, I found a mouse in my room, and I was unable to sleep because of this issue. My check-out is tomorrow, but I would appreciate it if you could offer me a solution or some compensation for this unpleasant experience.
