“Desapontada”

The staff were always attentive and ready to help, but the food was bland, tasteless, and offered no variety for the price they charge. I booked a double apartment through Booking, arrived to find no reservation on file, yet the hotel was almost empty with only one guest. The next day they located the booking and added an extra bed fee of 1170 reais for two days, which I thought was steep for what they provide. Throughout our stay we had no TV; they promised to fix it the next day but it never happened. The Wi‑Fi was weak, the air‑conditioner made noise and dripped on the bed all night, and the following day we were moved to a different room. The pool was dirty. I was considering bringing a group, but I would not recommend it.
