We stayed here twice, once after our Ha Giang loop trip and again for a longer stay in Sapa. The hotel let us check in late based on our bus arrival time and was very accommodating. Both rooms were clean, we received daily water bottles, the breakfast was excellent, and we even rented a scooter on site. I highly recommend this hotel.

The room is very spacious, but the AC was ineffective, a bit noisy because it faces the street, and no bottled water was provided.

Everything—staff, location, cleanliness, and spaciousness—was excellent. The beds are hard, but I slept better than any other night in Vietnam. I recommend it because the balcony is lovely, the staff are friendly, they washed our clothes, and we stayed for a long time. You won’t regret it.
