“No hay título bueno si los dueños”
There was absolutely nothing, in fact I didn’t even know the facilities; the staff didn’t know where the HR part of the place was, so I couldn’t even say they had any customer‑service training. The only bad thing was that they booked me into a terrible place, and I didn’t want to leave this comment, but I have to do it so people are warned about what they might experience. Everything else was terrible.

The room was clean and cozy, and the scent was wonderful, but the hot water took a while to start.

The location was convenient, just a stone's throw from the Forum, but the reservation didn’t show up on time, there was a cancellation and a direct contract with the motel, and even then the price was higher. The staff couldn’t meet the needs required by the motel itself.
Everything was perfect, nothing to complain about.
