The centre‑location is great, but we couldn’t enter or leave the property easily. The building isn’t wheelchair‑accessible because the external ramp is too short and steeper than 6 %. The requested shower room was too small, the bathroom even smaller, the advertising was misleading, and there’s no on‑site restaurant—everything was handed over to an outside cafeteria. Customer service was contacted via booking, but after 24 h we still received no reply.

The spot is perfect and the place stays clean, but the mattress is too firm, there's no fridge in the room which is a problem when you need to keep insulin cold, and the parking is not advertised as free—it's at least 16 € a day, possibly 30 € if you move your car.
