“Great location friendly staff”

The location and staff were good, but the toilet wasn’t very clean.

The view was great, but the hallway and room cleanliness were awful—there was a strong mold smell, my whole body itched, and the bed felt damp. The bathrobe and towel were already yellowed, so I didn’t even try to shower. My family said we wouldn’t stay again even for free. The price didn’t match the condition at all.

“Nice. But could be better.”

The view was amazing and the natural surroundings were a highlight, yet the net was covered in bird droppings and the hot tub released dirty residue after switching to jacuzzi mode. The place felt a bit run‑down; the robes had holes and were dirty, and a second blanket was also stained. Leaves littered the grounds and should be cleared. Breakfast was the worst—cold and terrible, so we skipped it.

“À couper le souffle”

The mountain view, sunrise and sunset, the outdoor bathtub overlooking the valley, the comfortable bed, the excellent shabu, and breakfast were all fantastic. Nothing to complain about.

The staff were 10/10—very helpful, friendly, and professional. However, the room and terrace were definitely too dirty for the price.
