The room was spacious, but I arrived exhausted after 2 am and was assigned room 309, which had a terrible smell. After complaining, they moved me to room 303, which smelled just as bad. I couldn’t sleep, and when I returned the key I saw a sticky note from the porter saying both rooms had a terrible smell. Why would you do that to a guest? I expect a refund.
