The staff were incredibly friendly and the facilities spotless, and being right in the city centre made dining and shopping convenient; I had asked beforehand for adjoining rooms for my parents and we got a connecting room, plus they surprised us with a birthday cake for my mom’s celebration, which really touched us.

The hotel was impeccably maintained, the staff were professional and courteous, the rooms spotless, and the location unbeatable. However, the beach—Nha Trang’s jewel—was littered with garbage and plastic, and I wish the staff had arranged for cleaners to keep it tidy.
