The receptionist spoke fluent English, making communication easy and effective, and he was very helpful. The hotel is in the center of Shaxi town, so walking around to see sights is very convenient. The hotel itself is nice and comfortable, and we enjoyed it a lot. The only downside is that the room lacks an air‑conditioner, so it gets hot in summer.
