Everything was clean, the bar area was great, the dining area was great, and the food was great. All in all, it was excellent. Nothing to complain about.

The riverside setting was lovely and peaceful. The room was quite expensive, though it was comfortable and spacious.

The spot by the river was gorgeous, and parking was a breeze. Our room was spotless and super comfy, and we liked the cookies, milk, and water that were already in the fridge. The staff were warm and very helpful.

The place was pretty good, right on the river Avon. When we arrived, I was told the hotel had already charged the full amount for our room and my friend’s room from my account. I raised the issue and they promised to refund the difference after my friend paid. They finally withdrew the money on Tuesday but didn’t return it to my account until Friday.

Breakfast and dinner were excellent,especially the gluten free options which were really appreciated.The location of the pub was lovely.The staff were the best welcoming ,friendly and so helpful.Especially Dylon who greeted us and infact was there for the duration of our stay and was even there to serve us breakfast. N/A IT WAS ALL BRILLIANT!!
