All the staff are very friendly and the hacienda is beautiful. The atmosphere is very calm and pleasant. We had a good time enjoying the small pool. The food and service at the hacienda kitchen could be improved. For us, who didn’t have a vehicle and only stayed for one day, the hacienda is very far from the city center and interesting places, which is inconvenient. In the shower, the temperature controls don’t work; the water comes out either very cold or very hot.

The food was very tasty, the pool was good, the gardens excellent, very calm and comfortable, the Master Suite excellent—this is the room I recommend. The single room needs improvement; bring mosquito repellent because there are many mosquitoes. I do not recommend the massages; it was a scam— I ordered a relaxing one and they only touched my hands. It’s very expensive, I give it a zero, everything else is fine.

Only the bed. No television, no internet, they never offered it. The few people there made a lot of noise—music, drinks, etc., and nobody told them anything. There’s a dog that, if the owner isn’t around, attacks.
