The room was clean, but we ended up staying at a different property because the original one had a drainage issue and we weren't notified. A sign outside told us to go to another place with the same services, yet that location didn't include breakfast. After paying, they told us we had to insist to get a refund for the breakfast that was no longer part of the package.

The room was very clean, the staff were friendly and the lobby was pretty. The pool and parking were a bit dirty, but the biggest issue was that we booked at HOREL GAYSER “CON DESAYUNOS” and got a room at HOTEL REMI “SIN DESAYUNOS” 😌.

When we arrived at the Gayser hotel it was clearly closed and we were relocated to the Rami hotel, a simple, very clean place just a 5‑minute walk from Valladolid’s central square. The Rami hotel is plain and lacks charm, yet the rooms are large, very tidy, and it does not serve breakfast.

The location was good, it was comfortable, and the service was nice. I booked through the Booking app and my credit card wasn’t accepted; when I got to the hotel they still wouldn’t take the card, so I had to pay in cash, which I didn’t like because I wasn’t prepared for that expense. Very bad.

We arrived late, ran into a payment hiccup, but the evening front‑desk guy was sweet and understanding, making the whole thing smooth. The room was great and the hotel sits just a stone’s throw from the city centre, so we’d definitely come back.
