The price and location were good, but the room was very old, the shower floor was broken and peeling, and the couch bed was painfully flat, with dirty carpet.

When I entered the room it smelled very dirty, I found two bugs that looked like fleas on the bed, and a dental floss picture on the floor; I left and refused to stay with bugs in the bed.

The location was near where we needed to be and the price was low, yet people drank and smoked at all hours near the door, the hallways were loud at night, the carpets were very stained, and the hall always smelled terrible.
