The beds and pillow were comfortable. Loved the shampoo, conditioner and body wash. I didn't like how the air conditioner turned off and on.but maybe it only runs like that. It was loud, then quiet

I enjoyed the spa, whirlpool, indoor pool, and buffet, though the fire alarm kept going off repeatedly.

The location was great, but the air vent right beside the head of the bed made me feel a bit sick, and the pool should open at 8 am instead of 10 am because of the checkout time.

I never had my reservation confirmed; it took an hour to finally cancel and rebook, and the room was not cleaned properly.

Everything was spotless, the lobby was beautiful, and the pool was nice, with no problems.
