Dear Sir or Madam, the hotel has been closed since the Winter vacation 2026; we tried to contact the hotel by phone just before our trip on 03.08.2026, but it was not possible, even though the booking was confirmed. After a preliminary visit to check if the hotel still existed, I found closed doors and we had to switch to another hotel, which was quite difficult. Dear team, please remove the hotel from your offer to protect your customers from unnecessary travel and further inconvenience.
