The TV was fine, but everything else was disappointing.

Steve, who handled my check‑in, was super friendly and welcoming; the place feels well run and very safe.

I used to love this property, but it’s not the same anymore. The customer service was horrible, the rooms were atrocious, and the website never mentioned that 90% of the hotel was under construction. They assigned my daughter a room with only one bed even though three people were staying there.
