I enjoyed a tasty breakfast served in a relaxed setting where I could take my time, yet on the night of my stay the restaurant was closed; a note like “today’s menu is limited” would have been appreciated, especially since Route‑In has so many outlets.

I was disappointed that, despite booking a smoking room, I could not smoke paper cigarettes.
The staff were welcoming and professional, the breakfasts were good, and the nearby shops were convenient, but the hotel was far from the city center.
