The location was great.

The property didn’t have a front‑desk manager, so I coordinated everything with the owner via WhatsApp at check‑in; the service was good, the place was quiet and restful, and I had a fan, a bathroom, a hot shower, and a single bed. There’s a snack bar and a restaurant nearby, and the value for money is excellent.

The location is very good, but the comfort is lacking; the floor has broken ceramic tiles and there’s no one to greet you.

Unfortunately, the hotel's appearance and amenities fell short of expectations, but its refund policy kept the guest from canceling their reservation. The guest's overall experience was marred by a lack of basic services and a neglected atmosphere. The hotel's shortcomings were compounded by its failure to provide essential items.
