“Good stay”

The location is great. The villas are fine, but the rooms are not.

We really liked the large, well‑maintained pool and the direct beach access. The 24/7 golf‑cart service was very handy, reliably getting us around the steep property at any time. Overall the property is nicely located and offers a pleasant atmosphere despite current restrictions. The ongoing renovations, expected to last until 2028, are a major downside and limit many areas of the hotel. Our room felt worn out and did not meet the usual standard, and during our stay we found two cockroaches in the room. The location is also somewhat remote, so driving to Phuket’s old town takes about 20 minutes.

Views from the reception area. The anniversary setup in the room. Room service food we got on the first night, though they are just over priced. Smell in the room, smell in the bathroom, The pool we shared with the room next door which was not as private as we expected, construction next to our room which was not nice, location is far from everything especially if you want to see all tourist attractions, one of the days they moved the breakfast restaurant to another restaurant and it was very inconvenient and time consuming, if you woke up late, we spend few minutes walking down to another restaurant so thatbwe make it before breakfast ends. The cleaners do not check the shower gels inside the shower, they never refilled for 3 says we ended up buying 1

“Very comfortable beds, in a specious room with beautiful views”

The view of the sea and the roomy rooms were great, but the building looked a bit worn and the breakfast left something to be desired.
