I was left in the dark because the owner never got in touch with us. My family and I arrived at night, and our names were missing from the records, so we had to wait outside for hours in danger. After a lot of hassle I finally managed to reach the room owner by phone, and when I got there the place was filthy, there were not enough towels, and there was no toilet paper. I would give it a zero.

The dinner was surprisingly good – the food was tasty and the staff were friendly. Unfortunately, everything else left a lot to be desired, from the noisy lobby to the cramped rooms. I’d only recommend this place if you’re planning to eat there and can ignore the rest.

The spot is right where you want to be, and the room felt comfortable and safe enough for a relaxed night. What bothered me was the misleading info they gave about there being no issues; we ran into a few minor problems that weren’t mentioned at all. Still, the location and basic comfort made up for the miscommunication.

The pool was a real plus – clean, warm, and perfect for a quick dip after a day of sightseeing. The restaurant, on the other hand, was slow and the staff seemed disinterested, which made meals feel like a chore. If you can skip the on‑site dining, the stay is still decent.

I loved how close the hotel was to the main attractions; walking distance made everything convenient. The only real disappointment was the bed setup – the booking said two double beds, but we got one double and a sofa bed instead, which wasn’t ideal for two adults. Aside from that, the location made up for the mix‑up.
