The breakfast was acceptable. The service was very good, the young staff were very friendly. The furniture was very old, the bed was wooden. Cleaning was very poor, with hair in the bathroom, ants, lint on the floor. The bathroom was very ugly, old, and the worst part was that the shower was only 40 cm wide, making it impossible to shower; we had to remove the curtain, so water filled the bathroom and part of the room, and the water pressure was low.
The only good thing was the area. The bathroom was very small and the shower uncomfortable. They didn’t change the sheets or towels, there was no air conditioning, and the window didn’t close properly. The only good thing was the staff, honestly. But the hotel itself leaves a lot to be desired.

The location is ideal, close to the beach and the city center. The cleanliness is worth mentioning and the breakfast is normal. I must clarify that I’m talking about the Hotel Rincón de Playa, because they changed my reservation to that hotel and I was overcharged. The staff were outstanding! The thing I didn’t like was the lack of parking, and that you can’t stay at the hotel 24 hours because check‑in is at 14:00 and check‑out at 10:00; it would have been better to allow at least 12:00. What annoyed me most was the lack of clarity about the price and having to pay extra upon arrival.
