The place is close to my destination, but it was filthy—mold was literally growing off the chairs and floor.

“I would stay there again and the price is fair.”

I didn’t get breakfast at the motel, but a charming little Mom & Pop diner across the street serves tasty food at a reasonable price; the staff were friendly at check‑in and gladly gave extra washcloths and towels, and told me where to find pizza, beer, and good food at the diner. My room door (#281) had to be kicked to open and shut, it looks warped and needs fixing, and none of the buildings have exterior room number signs; luckily the staff guided me to my room among the three buildings, though there are no signs inside the stairwells to help locate room numbers.

The AC was great, but the room smelled like dirty feet so I had to buy fresh stuff from a store.

“I knew based on the Star rating it wouldn’t be at the top but it was below average for sure”

I stayed with another party and our rooms were close together as requested, yet the room was full of cigarette smoke; I wanted to switch rooms but ran out of time, and everything I brought home—clothes and suitcase—was still smelling of smoke, plus the back door stayed open and never locked at night.

“Easy, clean quiet; great - maybe a slightly lower price point for value.”

The staff were really helpful—Amanda at reception was brilliant—but shower gel would be useful in the bathroom, the locks for keycards in the buildings should be functional, and a luggage trolley in each building would be handy.
