The hotel is sustainable, offering free-flowing potable water, body soap, and shampoo. The staff are considerate and accommodating, especially during my housekeeping request; it is beside the mall. The corridor noise was audible when inside the room, the bed sheets were not that clean upon arrival, and the rubber on the bathroom glass doors was too loud when opening and closing them.

It’s a clean, friendly place near Robibson Mall where you can eat, shop, and walk to a small mall for breakfast; there’s also a supermarket nearby for purchases.

The staff were very attentive and always met my requests, even arranging to keep me in the same room. The bed and pillow were very comfortable, which is why I always choose this hotel; the value for money was worth it.

The bed was firm, the sheets, room, and towels all spotless, with Wi‑Fi, air‑conditioning and a kettle available; the staff were welcoming and laundry cost 404 PPh for 8.6 kg. The building is modern and in great condition, and the location is extremely handy with the Robinson shopping centre right at the hotel’s doorstep, offering plenty of restaurants, treats and even a bakery.
