The place was close to the train station, but the electrical system was faulty—none of the lamps worked.

I stayed in a spot that’s only a 10‑minute walk from the main train station and a 15‑minute walk from Marienplatz, and the room was spotless with a Nespresso machine. I did wish there was an iron in the room, which most hotels nowadays include.

The location was very good, 5–10 minutes on foot from the city centre and the main station, even though the neighbourhood looked unsafe, we didn’t encounter any problems; the breakfast was delicious, served on the top floor with a view. The pillows were actually pillow‑shaped cushions.
