A very nice onsen hotel with several indoor and outdoor baths. Great food and very attentive staff. We even received an upgrade to a better room category!

I appreciated that they accommodated my electric car’s charging needs, which was a real relief. The staff were courteous and helpful, and both breakfast and dinner were delicious. The hotel offered a variety of baths—family bath, separate bath, and an outdoor bath—so I got to try several and enjoyed each one. No complaints.

The stay was simply spectacular! The staff were outstanding—friendly, helpful, and never a hassle. The setting by the river and surrounded by trees was breathtaking. Our room in the main building faced the river, which was fantastic, and the walk into town was short and pleasant. I would strongly recommend this place.

The surroundings were peaceful, the onsen options were reasonably priced, and the staff were attentive. The bedding was incredible.

The room was cozy. The onsen could have been cleaner, and the shower wasn’t functioning properly.
