“Excellent”
Everything was incredibly good, the team was outstanding and David went out of his way to help, while the location was perfect with plenty of nice restaurants nearby and the city centre just a five‑minute walk away.

I really enjoyed my stay at Casa San Marcos. It’s a historic hotel with a great atmosphere and amazing city views. Exploring the original features of the hotel was a lot of fun. It sits in a quiet yet central part of the old city, which is itself a delight to wander around. Everything is within walking distance. The staff were very helpful, especially when they resolved an issue with my return flight when LATAM unexpectedly cancelled one of my flights without informing me.

The staff prepare breakfast on demand and are very flexible with timing, sometimes serving it almost at noon. The house itself is an old colonial building filled with art and antiques, essentially a museum. There are at least three good restaurants on the same street, and the manager, David, will arrange any day trips or transportation you need. I can't think of anything negative.

The place is charming, unique, and full of antiques, with helpful staff and a great spot in the historic center. The only downside is there’s no elevator, but the staff helped carry luggage.

The setting and the house are beautiful. Mrs. Clara, the charming manager, is lovely, and the breakfast is very good. I feel the maintenance is a bit neglected, which is a shame.
